Delivery

We deliver Monday to Saturday between the hours of 8.30am to 5.30pm.

All our flowers are aqua packed or arranged in oasis to keep your flowers fresh.
 

Same day delivery:

We can deliver same day in the UK* with orders placed before 2 pm. If you remember after 2 pm give the shop a call on 0114 2362168, and we will try our best to organise your delivery that day, although we cannot guarantee it.
 

Delivery times:

All our designs are delivered within the working day, we are unable to guarantee specific times during the day, with the exception of funeral flowers, which will be delivered up to 2 hours prior to the funeral. If you have a request for a specific time we will try our best to accommodate your requirements but we cannot guarantee it.

We do offer a delivery service within the next 3 hours at an extra cost in the UK only.
 

Postcodes and places:

Locally we deliver to the majority of Sheffield, Hope Valley and Dronfield postcodes directly from Valerie of Dore. Interflora florists deliver all other areas in the UK and overseas. Please call us to place overseas orders on 0114 2362168.
 

General deliveries:

If the recipient is not at home when we deliver their flowers we will find a safe place to leave them i.e. a neighbour or out building and leave a calling card to say where they have been left. If this is not possible we will leave a card asking the recipient to contact us to rearrange delivery or collection. Gifts containing alcohol can only be received by persons 18 years of age or over and can’t be left unattended.

If you require flowers to a place of work, hotel or hospital etc we will need as much detail as possible such as office, room and ward number etc. Also a mobile phone number of the recipient is always a great help and prevents many non-deliveries
 

Peak trading, Christmas, Valentines Day, mothers day

During the above peak times the large volume of orders being delivered may affect our normal delivery patterns.

Unfortunately at these times No specific time request will be guaranteed (again with the exception of funerals)
